Psychiatrists gained entry into the legal system first step towards the creation of the. To punish those criminals or exile them are not safe anymore because they are considered as dangerous individuals that will threat the society, and therefore they must be isolated, treat, or killed for the purpose of protecting society. A disciplinary society condemns the criminal himself who he/she is e. g. juvenile delinquent, pervert etc. as a danger to the broader society. Beyond admission, there must be confession, self examination, explanation of oneself, revelation of what one is. In the older system, the horror the punishment had to reflect the enormity of the crime, henceforth, the attempt was made to adapt the modalities of punishment to the nature of the criminal. Moreover, it meant noting that the accused whom the law recognized as not responsible because he was ill, insane, a victim of irresistible impulses, was precisely the most seriously and immediately dangerous .
