Linguistic determinism means that your language determines your thought. Linguistic relativity: your language affects how you think. Loyal willingness to say black is white when party discipline demands this. It also means the ability to believe that black is white, and more, to know black is white, and forget that one has ever believed the contrary. If i change the language, it forces you to think in a different way. The verb to be is an = sign. If you think they"re equivalent, then you"d want war to create piece, don"t want freedom, and want to be ignorant. If i could change the way you think, i can change the way you think.
