Avoid caffeine, food and drink later in the day: exception: milk, it provides materials to make serotonin relax using dimmer light sleep on regular schedule and avoid naps. Hide the time to avoid looking at it reassure yourself temporary sleep loss causes no great harm (worrying about it causes insomnia) focus mind on non-arousing things (ex.
