Overall"s soluion: educaing about rather than banning nrt (we should be careful banning anything, educaion is beter) If women, as individuals (not a part of a couple), are well educated about their opions conceiving and all the potenial risks involved, they may make a beter choice. We must eradicate all the discriminaion surrounding the ivf and the other nrt, with this we will resist the further commercializaion of nrt. Women who undergo any ferility procedure should have a much beter support system from the government and the medical profession than they currently have (such as counseling ofered by a third, independent party. ) Types of surrogacy: geneic and gestaional (no geneic relaionship and just carry the baby); commercial and altruisic (do not get paid for surrogacy) Surrogacy in canada- *commercial surrogacy is illegal- altruisic ones are legal with some excepions in quebec- in reality you can receive money through git or donaion without contracts and no legal binding.
