Very active boy, enrolled in intensive freestyle boarding lessons. Problem: called mother in the afternoon (had been home alone studying. Medical history: asthma that appeared well controlled. (good adherence for exams(cid:524) and complained of (cid:494)bad(cid:495) chest pain when breathing. Ok but used rescue inhaler (ventolin) 7 times. O2 saturations normal a response to pain itself: might have increased hr because took ventolin 7 times or maybe just, )ncreased (r isn(cid:495)t a specifc sign of pain but sometimes see increased.
