Lack of antibodies (due to lack of functional b cells) Most cells end up in periphery usually not needed. Myeloid problem (that can lead to all or aml)! B symptoms+ fatigue, gout, splenomegaly, bone pain. Wbc elevated, platelets may or may not be elevated.
