Rates of depression have continuously increased every decade. Stigma causes mentally ill to be ashamed of their situation; feel a need to hide it. Who is affected indirectly affects all cans at some time (through family member, friend circle) (cid:1) (cid:1) (cid:1: 15. 5% of ons affected by disabilities; 1 in 5 cans experience mental health problem.
