This method has many problems, the primary one being convincing the home state courts to accept the case as opposed to the host state. Criminal liability is another option, international criminal court can only pursue individuals not (cid:272)o(cid:396)po(cid:396)atio(cid:374)s (cid:271)ut this (cid:373)ea(cid:374)s i(cid:374) theo(cid:396)y, that i(cid:374)di(cid:448)idual (cid:373)a(cid:374)age(cid:396)s a(cid:374)d (cid:272)eo"s of (cid:272)o(cid:373)pa(cid:374)ies (cid:272)a(cid:374) face legal actions. No such case has been brought but some have faced legal sanctions.
