Immovable land and construction: s. 901-903, moveable that becomes immovable, furnace delivered to construction site. If a moveable is installed permanently into an immovable, it becomes part of the immovable. I. e. cutting your lawn and you need to step on their lawn to be able to get yours. If you destroy things you need to pay for them: s. 993-996, windows, 1. 5m away from the property line in order to have a window that faces the neighbours house. If it is closer you need to either board it up or put opaque glass: s. 1002-1008, fences or wall, both sides pay for the fence if it is right on the boundary line. I. e. bought land and have no access to it and have to pave a laneway through another lot: s. 1195-1197, renting land, for 100 years, emphyteotic lease, maximum 100 could be less, usually very long.
