You can"t lock it down: it"s always fluid and changing, two anarchists might not see eye to eye on some topics, there are many different views of anarchism. Vie for hegemony: being large enough to represent. As in the green party doesn"t have a lot of hegemony, however, the conservative party is large enough to have lots of hegemony.
