Police: referred to as gatekeepers, they have many options and discretion, unfortunately, in some cases they abuse this discretion. In the process or comes across someone who has an outstanding arrest in their name: applies differently for youth, charter of rights and freedom, have to think about section 7 in the charter; Section 9: cannot arrest someone based on their appearance.
