Sex work is just another form of labour. December 14th 2014 prostitution wasn"t entirely illegal until this day. But communication and bawdyhouse laws were forms of how it was illegal for example. Scc said they were more harm then good: gave government 1 year to revise these laws. Conservative government decides to make laws: now its illegal for people to purchase sex work, but not illegal to sell your labour. Canada has criminalized sexual services, but canada has not defined it.
