Unfounded: don"t really know what to do with them, sexual assault and sexual violence. Victimization surveys: transgressive, very important, validating women"s experiences. 2nd and 3rd wave are really involved in transgressive criminology. The state really takes over the story of sexual assault, violence and domestic violence: women don"t always have the voice after they call the police. Criminalized women are seen as invisible: think of the missing and murdered aboriginal women. Gender entrapment: the good woman vs. the bad woman, canada"s most dangerous offenders who are women are a good example. Men are usually a serial murderer or rapist. Not the case for women at all. Some are on the list and they have never even killed someone. Feminization of poverty: being female is a predictor of poverty, being female means you have a higher chance of being in poverty, racial inequality does the same thing.
