Racism is so present in every aspect in our life, it becomes systemic, internalized and then normalized. Racialization: involves the production of difference; it is the process of constructing racial (cid:272)ategories, ide(cid:374)tities a(cid:374)d (cid:373)ea(cid:374)i(cid:374)gs. The root of racialization is a verb not a noun, everyone is active agents and participate in it in our daily lives. Racialization and policing: focuses the attention to the role of police in the reproduction of social order. Because the police manage disorder, disorder is in low income and racialized minorities are in low income.
