A good plot usually has twists and turns. The plot can be too simplistic or too hard to make sense of. When someone is telling you their narrative and you don"t feel anything then it could indicate a poorly developed plot for example. Anti-realism: there is no objective reality to be grasped. It is not realist so it is constructivist. Also, it means every subjective experience is right in itself. You can"t claim to know someone"s history, it"s there own. Personalities, narratives, histories are unique and fluid; one cannot know history, only. The past can be reconstructed when actors get the freedom to re-tell the story. Counselors can help re-create a story, relate to it differently and such.
