So, she sued him and took him to court and won. Playboy playmate posted naked picture of a 71-year-old at the gym on the internet. She then had to do 220 hours of community service cleaning graffiti. At the bottom of the deviance and crime pyramid is social diversions. Next level is social deviation (considered inappropriate in social settings). Then, there are conflict crimes (where (cid:374)ot e(cid:448)er(cid:455)(cid:271)od(cid:455) agrees that the(cid:455)"re (cid:449)ro(cid:374)g, su(cid:272)h as possessio(cid:374) of (cid:373)arijua(cid:374)a). Ne(cid:454)t is (cid:272)o(cid:374)se(cid:374)sus crime (high amount of agreement, such as child sexual abuse). Using offensive language in court would be contempt in court. Our perceptions of deviance and crime vary over time and place.
