These are basic theories for those in communications and for those who are they are accessible. Theories of the media: stimulus response theory , 1920s based on psychological theory and base don studies and labarotories about conditioning. What he would do is introduce a cube of sugar to the dog. Then he took sugar away and just rung bell, dog responded the same. This stimulus response is that if you introduce a stimuus that youre going to get the same response over time: applied to social relations.
