Apa 2134 adm of leisure, sports and pa. Management is how you deal with governance. Transparency : how much you know and how much you tell. Equity : in form of opportunity, gender, age, etc. In good governance, some people that are not salaried, they"re volunteers, and they do it because they care about the organisation and the well going of the community. Not about whats in there pockets and they vote to make decisions regarding the governance. So older people usually sits on the board because they have contacts with money to found. In most places, female are less represented on the board and do not have equal rights regarding roles in sports. Dick pound, anti-doping association. (russia scandal for doping) Organization barbery : the fact that they"re making players play in inhuman conditions, (temperature etc) Most of the time practices are theoretical. Organizational theory (ot) : prediction of what should happen.
