Storming: remain committed to ideas the brought in, can trigger. Norming: realize that they need to work together to accomplish team. Performing: members are comfortable working within their roles, the team makes progress towards the goals. Members may experience anxiety and other conflict goals emotions. At the initial team meeting, members make assumptions, establish a patter of behaviour that lasts for the first half of its life. For the first half of the time, performance level is low. For the last half of the time, performance level is high. Task interdependence: the degree to which team members interact. Rely on others for information, materials, and resources.
