Describe scienti c approach to learning about behaviour, and contrast it with pseudoscienti c research: Illusory correlation- cognitive bias that occurs when we focus on two events that stand out and occur together. Authority- people tend to believe claims given by someone who seems prestigious, trust worthy, and respectable than by one who lacks such qualities.
