Texts are structured in a way that does not suit ld. 2 - 3 years behind in middle/high school. Despite average iq still struggle with academic performance. Health, cognitive, home factors ruled out as primary cause. Have to involve parents and ask about kids" health. Deficits show in how kids with ld speak/processing. Hard to tune it down and will irritate them. Pay attention but restore it wrong thus can"t retrieve it later. Ask them to recreate the situation when they attend to it. Store it with sth that is not relevant.
