Make sure format fits with local context(context of participants, location, socioeconomic location/area, etc) Format is decided between program planners, instructional staff, learners. Choose format, then appropriate length and breakdown of program, set specific dates and program schedules. Consider that shedules fit with participants of target audience. Gather ideas, conduct needs assessments, develop objectives, activities, seek funding, marketing. Delivery of instructional portions, create overall learning experience for particiapnts. Evaluator choosing/designing techniques for evaluating programs (questionnaires, interviews, observations), analyze data collected. Arrage facilities, register participants, handle problems before/during/after program.
