4 basic theories resulted from these 3 theorist. Industrial revolution replaced people by things, minerals, it is not. Capitalism (just things we use), intro of machinery. Adam smith coined division labour on assembly line. Karl marx: known in the communist world, & told his story of what industrial revolution did: his 4 points on slide- Marx & fedrick engels wrote together: dialectical histroical materialism the economics that drives how we organize society: in any society. How people meet their basic needs constitutes the foundation of social organization. We work together to get our basic needs food shelter clothing. The base is economics for any society, and superstructure (how we organize: class struggle: before capitalism we were just capitalizing, now we are investing. Wage labors kicked of the land & forced to work under monopoly: you can"t be in a government that doesn"t make sense all governments need a theory that says what they are doing is legit.
