Black p"s without criminal records equally likely to get callbacks as white with criminal record gender discrimination in stem. Match resumes and change gender in name lower ratings on all dimensions for female applicants females seen as more likeable but not more competent. Whether people face discrimination or not and what strategies to reduce prejudice. Formal discrimianotn is illegal ie. dishonest about employment opportunitity.
