They also learned to associate their hurrying to the food trough with pleasure of eaing (operant condiioning) Behaviourism: the view that psychology should be an objecive science that studies behaviour without reference to mental processes. Dogs salivate at simuli associated with food: sight of food, food dish, presence of person who regularly brought food.
