Networked culture- process good social skills and like to forge close work friendship, thrive in a relaxed atmosphere. Mercenary culture- very goal directed, thrive on competition, clearly structured work task. Fragmented culture- independent, low need to be apart of a group, analytic more than intuitive. Communal culture- strong way to identify with something larger than yourself and enjoy working with teams.
