Uw hires 7 more mental health staff but students say that"s not enough. It"s been almost five months since students walked out for better mental health services. University of waterloo students to get mental health first aid kits this fall. Mental health kits gave jobs to people with cognitive abilities through kw habilitation program. Not simply a treatment of mental problems, but the promotion of mental health for the entire population. Many different terms when speaking about mental health and illness. Think about a range of mental wellbeing and mental health (a continuum) Mental health is different from the absence of mental illness and is integral to our overall health. Happiness, smiling/laughter, enjoyment, feeling safe at night, feeling well-rested, and feeling interested. Anger, worry, sadness, depression, stress, and pain.
