Whether or not premises are in fact true, if they don"t exhibit characteristic, they are deficient. Is required for the argument to be good. Argument will not rationally convince if it lacks this characteristics. Also, will open up your argument to objections ad counter-arguments/examples. Evidence: observable enacts (empirical), ours or reliable source.
