I-gen is new young generation, most diverse, tech dependent. 2 groups of millennials once you pick a group can"t relate to the other. They wont know a time before certain technologies ex. Face time: parenting/bottom up, parents influencing their children is how we used to look at generation, now its how do the youngest influence the older generations ex. Safety, responsibility and integrity are fundamental to a code of ethics. Issues of concern in the sector: transportation quality and prices. Media coverage always stays in the media. Impacts on ski resorts: rising water, drought, forest fires, hurricanes.
