Migration is the movement of a person or people from one place to another. Related to job and family status and may affect mental health and social relationships. Migration is one of three core areas of demography, along with the fertility and mortality. Experts working in these areas with anthropologist an interest in such issues like who migrate, causes of migration, process of migration, psychological adaptation to new locations, and implications for planning and policy. Other causes other than job and family status are: necessity: famine, population pressure: san, extreme force: african diaspora. Dominant mode of population changes in the 20th century. Cultural anthropology studied how migration is related to economic and reproductive systems, health and human development over life cycle, marriage and household formation, politics and social order, and religion and expressive culture. These categories are based on spatial boundaries.
