Sociological theories are a set of general propositions that explain social phenomenon. Sociological theories are never perfect : wil never find a theory that explains social deviance in its entirety, when writing assignments also look for things that don"t explain the theory (strengths and weaknesses) Can separate most sociological theories into two groups: objective, subjective.
