Information thats collected is entered into a police database, and kept on le for an undisclosed amount of time. Carding is a highly proactive community engaged crime prevention: police. Get to individuals and gure out what is happening before they have a chance. Highly radicalized and effects black men especially. Ontario had released some new regulations on carding. Carding is eventually now outlawed in ontario but not all provinces. They surveyed toronto residences who identi ed as black. In canada we don"t often study race and tend not to collect a lot of data, so this study is very important because it focuses on race in the cjs.
