Now, self-consciousness is studying itself so, new object of study. Phenomenology is the study of what appears. We"re studying the appearance of experience phenomenology of spirit: as we go along, we realize this is human experience. We have a divided object two sided = life. Genus species = determination: s169 to give something a concrete definition, something is indeterminate when it has boundaries, is solid, 169 definition of life. Life is a genus to tell you what the world is like and tell you how individual things get their reality.
