CIS 3250 Lecture 12: 12 Teamwork
Document Summary
You cannot simply break an assignment into parts give them to group members, and then glue them together at the end. This produces unacceptable results that will receive a failing grade. If you are not doing both of these then you are not in a group. You do not get to do all the work because the other group members are not good enough to do it. Group work means allowing everyone to contribute. It may mean doing more work because others are involved. It is your responsibility to find a way for every member of the group to contribute. You cannot say that someone else did all the work so you were unable to do enough to get a good evaluation. It is your responsibility to do enough work in the group to gain a good evaluation. If you are not engaged enough to do this then you are not doing your part in the group.
