Bc does not have any legal right to claim that it is even a province of. Canada: reserve vs. non-reserve still living in their own territories aside. A lot of fighting where they should be located and if they should be expanded. When treaty"s were signed, governments set aside land for first nation"s people to live. First nations people still continued traditional lifestyle they were. As first nation"s people began to settle down more land would be set.
