External reproductive organs: vulva, and clit- heat signal. Uterus- transport of sperm, implantation, support fetal development. External genitalia: labia major: female equivalent to the scrotum + labia minor- vulva. Labia can swell with blood during estrus (pigs/dogs) = visual signals.
