Neo-idealism is about justice, fairness etc, human rights, self,determination etc. Neo-idealism begins to talk about non security terms. Democratic deficit- has to do with accountability. Should one think of economic welfare in a collective level or individualistic terms. Individuals are of equal value and have to be considered as individuals, you cant treat them as collective. If you treat them collectively, then theres more people better off than worse off. There needs to be an agreement to have a cooperation. Need technology capable of talking to the plains and grounds. Doesn"t work if the canadian aircraft cant communicate to the montana ground.
