Document Summary

Anyone can start a business, its just a matter of luck and guts: myth (need to have a generation of business concept to succeed) Are entrepreneurs gamblers: they understand the risk of running a business and assess the alternatives based on the level of the risk. Entrepreneurs wanna run the whole business by themselves: depends on the person, but trying to micro manage everything will cause less efficient business process (need to be able to delegate tasks to others) Entrepreneurs are their own boss and completely independent: their boss is the customer (because they need to please them, answering more to those external rather then internal) should still be affected by those who work below you. Entrepreneurs work harder then corporate managers: entrepreneurs are tied to the business and more responsible in different ways compared to those in corporate manager. Entrepreneurs face greater pressure: they do face greater pressure, they enjoy the challenge (positive stress)
