Technological advances-looked up for 25 years then coming out to internet and smart phones with they didn"t even have lip phones. Lack of rouine- do same thing 365 dyas a year but now they cant. Lack of support- family and friends don"t help. Criminal record- cant get jobs, stay with you. Family problems they might also be into drug addiions, get a relaionship back. Longer in prison equals higher chance of recidivism. Does parole work (in textbook) we have no idea.
