Bad apple----> bad barrels-----> bad orchids (cjs) Theft (top offences heard in court 2011-2012 figure) Judges decision based on rules, not on what"s popular . 4 levels of court for criminal cases. People on drugs, commit theft crimes, get rid of drug addiction (drug courts) Meet clients for the first time on the day. Lawyers dont know anything about the case until the day. Law system in quebec is not the same as canada (3 judges), language barrier)
