To ensure confidentiality, please submit this form individually, i. e. , each student should upload one completed form via canvas. You have 100 points for each group member, including yourself. For each group member, including yourself, allocate between 0-(cid:1005)(cid:1004)(cid:1004) poi(cid:374)ts based o(cid:374) that tea(cid:373) (cid:373)e(cid:373)ber"s contribution to the group project. Contribution encompasses any of the following: research, synthesis of content, analysis, insights, recommendations, report writing / editing, team work, availability for meetings, etc. For example, if one group member provided excellent contributions on all of the above things, allocate 100 points.
