In the employment contract, it shows clear expectaions of acceptable behavior. If the contract is not clear, iring is not okay. If you violate once, the corporaion can only give you a warning and provide ime for ime to change. If they coninue, the corporaion can suspend them before terminaion. If the employers does not allow employee to appeal, it will lead to unfair pracice. Employment standards act of bc speciied regulaions regarding just case. Conlict of interest, especially if it involves provable loss to the employer.
