Homicide (222: homicide is when a person directly or indirectly causes death to a human being (all death, including accidents, homicide can be culpable (intentional) or no culpable (unintentional) A person commits non-culpable (unintentional) homicide when they kill another human being by accident. Example: a car crash where no one is a t fault (snowy roads, a patients dies on the operating room table during surgery, a construction site accident, pretty much any time someone dies by accident. A fetus is not considered a human being according to this section. If a pregnant woman is kicked in the stomach and the fetus dies, it is not homicide as a fetus is not a human being.
