Compared to the previous situation the stem and leaf have different positions. Since the place of the stem is thousands and leaf is tens. Once again, we took the numbers at face value and input them without indicating for the stem and leaf columns. In order to abide by the rules, we added stem numbershowever if there are no leafs to input then do not put in 0 but leave it blank.
