Person: dispositional factors, high extraversion and conscientiousness --> higher level of satisfaction, high neuroticism (emotional instability) --> lower satisfaction. Is the process fair: raises, promotions, layoffs, work assignments, the two types (distributive and procedural) interact. In distributive process, if not getting what u want, u consider the procedural aspect of it and see whether injustices were involved with the process: mood and emotions.
