In canada it would create a monopoly, not same as competitions. Human right- basic right to drink clean safe water, commodity, biological necessity, treat it on a ethical level. Shouldn"t privatize water, contract we negotiate becomes crucial. Business is making a lot of money and public isn"t receiving any services in return.
