Environment: use word like environment is a place a person is living. Environment is surrounding the place where a person is living. Flu season is coming-the relationship with environment if i consider the relationship between environment and person, environment is separated. And environment affects a person"s health so, a person goes to have flu shot and flu vaccine is to impact. If i have totality environment, response of person is to flu season getting flu shot to prevent flu. Health: (totality) health definition is what nurse say is, nothing else. Nurse is best person who knows what the best health condition benchmarks are. When i take care of you, no matter what you ask me. I respect what a person makes a decision, but at end of day, the person will make a decision whatever nurse think about the best health condition. Simultaneity is coming from qualitative thinking through the world.
