This contract entails that members of the group will address each other in a respectful manner during and outside of lectures and seminars. Additionally, forms of social media will be used to communicate and coordinate responsibilities. Moreover, degrading a member"s opinion, idea, or point of view is strictly prohibited. This includes but not limited to: racial slurs, prejudice, and other various forms of hateful comments. These comments will not be condoned in order to ensure a healthy working team environment. Furthermore, conflicts and issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If necessary, each member of the group will propose their view on the situation and further actions will be taken to solve the conflict or issue. This will create an equal and open environment where every member"s opinions and concerns are expressed. Members of the group are expected to attend the weekly seminars unless certain circumstances arise and have informed the other group members reasoning of absence.
