Scientifically analyzing processes to reduce costs & compensating employees based on performance. Unions union movement formed as autonomy among workers was essentially non existent. The one thing workers want the most is not a higher pay check, it"s autonomy - control. So people do not uprise & meet worker needs - preventing unions to uprise like before.
