Methodology is a set of policies, procedures,standards,processes, practices, tools, techniques and tasks that people apply to technical and management challenges. Waterfall methodology planning -> analysis -> design -> development -> testing -> implementation -> maintenance. Agile methodology: aims for customer satisfaction with early and continuous delivery of useful system or software components meeting bare minimum requirements. Smaller the project, the greater the success rate.
